Human Library - Take out a prejudice

Link to Augustana Campus websiteUniversity of Alberta

A new organizer joining the Human Library organization in 2009. The first events are scheduled for March 23-27th and if results are positive, the University Library department are likely to continue with the activities.

The local organizers see the Human Library as a way for students, staff and faculty of campus to have an opportunity to learn and understand about many issues of diversity and the challenges that people face. To give members of the campus community a chance to participate in conversations with people they may not otherwise talk with about issues they may not otherwise consider.
