Goldfields Human Library

Located in the city of Bendigo, Australia. The Goldfieds Libraries share a common goal with the city of Greater Bendigo and patrons of the local community. To encourage more social cohesion through informal meetings at local Living Libraries. Every first friday of the month a Human Library event takes place at Goldfields Library in Bendigo.

The Human Library project in Goldfields aims to to encourage understanding between people and to build social cohesion in the community. This is a joint project between Goldfields Library Corporation, City of Greater Bendigo, Bendigo Volunteer Resource Centre and members of the wider community. The events are coordinated by Mrs. Chris Walters and the Goldfields Human Library Committee.
