This years Mustang Weekend for alumni, family og students will feature a Human Library event as part of the Morrisville State Colleges diversity program. The 4-year agricultural and technology college has a interesting mix of rural and urban students and is situated in a rural part of central New York. Ideally the event will serve as a showcase for the great diversity on campus.
Local organisers expect to present a variety of Living Books to their readers, including titles like the Cowboy, the pagen, the jew, the muslim, the veteran, the police officer, the athlete, the LGBT and more. The event is open almost all day and so there is ample opportunity to have more than one session.
As always the services of the Human Library are free to its readers.
