The first Human Library has been confirmed at Purdue University for November 14th, 2014. Students, staff and faculty need to get ready for what is looking to be a very high quality event.
Organizers from the Women in Management Program hope to present up to twenty different titles including topics on gender, age, sexuality, religious beliefs, disabilities and ethnicity.
Aiming to raise awareness about pre-conceived notions, stereotypes, and prejudices that might cause harm or reduce opportunities. The organizers from WIM want to highlight global and domestic human rights issues and promote social justice.
The Human Library Organization is proud to partner with Krannert´s Women in Management Program@Purdue.
As always the services of the Human Library are free to readers.
