Often thought of to be mentally behind and in the need of constant care. Naturally this person lives on benefits and cannot work. They are permanently sick and in need of your sympathy. Never really satisfied with the facilities available in public and yet still they always take up the good parking spaces and front row seats at big events.To be continued....
