The South Dublin County Council spearheaded by the Libraries & Social Inclusion departments, have decided to continue to offer the Human Library to their patrons. The event will take place on March 9th and is a repeat of last years succesful introduction of the Human Library in Ireland. Among the exciting titles expected to be available are the priest, a lesbian, a muslim man, a muslim woman, an older person, and environmentalist, an ex-illiterate person, a disabled person, a member of the travelling community, a native Irish speaker and a gay man. To be confirmed is a minister from the Government.

The Tallaght and Ballyroan libraries are the first official Human Libraries in Ireland. As always the services of the Human Library are free to the public.
