Introducing the Human Library in 2006, Australia has established the largest national network of Human Library organizers in a very short time. This territory has more than 70 local organizers spread out across the country and a national structure, Living Libraries Australia, to coordinate the implementation.With the support from a government grant and the recognition as the winner of the "Grand Marketing Award 2006", the Human Library has made its mark on Australia and continues to grow each day.
